I've been an entrepreneur for over 15 years. Ten of those years, I was a massage therapist, and I built that business from the back of my car into a multi-six-figure, faith-based brand.
But I didn't get there through hustle alone.
God was pouring leadership and branding into me the entire time, long before I ever called myself a coach.
In November 2024, I started this Mastermind in a spare room at my massage studio. A once a month gathering, just a handful of Christian women in business, together talking business. When God called me to close that massage business at the end of 2025, I could finally see it: He'd been pivoting me, slowly, for over two years.
That season taught me something I now see constantly in women-owned businesses: the brand can look elevated, the offer can look polished — and underneath it, the woman leading it has never actually learned to lead, herself or her team, from a settled, Christ-centered identity.
So when a woman tells me she's ready to scale, I don't ask about her revenue first. I ask whether she's leading from a place secure enough to hold what she's asking God for.
That's what this season is for.

Do I have to commit to a full year? No — you're joining one season at a time. Most members stay for the full journey, but there's no year-long contract.
What if I don't have a team yet? This still applies to you. Later seasons cover serving clients as much as serving a team, and plenty of members join before they've hired anyone.
Is this faith-based? Yes. Leadership here is rooted in the belief that your worth was given, not earned — made in God's image, not built through performance.
What if I can't make live sessions? Catch the replays so you don’t lose momentum.
When does the masterclass rate end? This rate will only be available till Friday, September 18th at midnight.
